1. Sorry that the camera cannot be directly mounted on the TV. You can mount it on the wall using an extra wall bracket (not included in the product package).
2. The USB cable in the package is 9.8ft(3m). The PTZ camera supports a USB cable up to 98.2ft(30m) long with a Signal Booster.
